PoserPorter export limitations?...Hi,I've been using Poser Porter for quite a while now to install content, but today I tried to use it for the first time to bundle up a freebie set of textures with MAT poses, and encountered some problems. First, although the "readme" file is generated correctly from the template I created, the license.txt seems to be defaulting to the Renderosity license even though I've edited the template. Second, PoserPorter seems to get confused if the directory is more than one level down in the library. For example, I have a set of pose files at: ..RuntimeLibrariesPosezigraphixWWTI get something like this: ..ReleaseigraphixWWTRuntimeWeblinks The Runtime folder has a license file in it, but no readme, and there's nothing else in the Runtime folder except the Weblinks folder. In another case, I start from ..RuntimeLibrariesPosezigraphixsundressand I get a textures folder in the Runtime folder, with the proper textures, plus a libraries folder with a pose folder in it, but nothing in the pose folder. In this case I get a license.txt file(the default Renderosity license) and a correct Readme.txt file. I also sometimes have problems deleting files and folders created by PoserPorter. If I move the files one level up, so the product folder is directly under the Pose folder, I get a correctly generated Pose/product folder with poses, and a correct textures folder, a correct readme.txt, the default license.txt, and an extra runtime folder under textures with a folder chain down to the product name, but no files inside that folder chain. Has anyone else had problems like these with PoserPorter? Thanks, Elizabeth |
